About the Standard

The Global Competence Certification Standard (GCCS) is an international framework for the certification of interdisciplinary competences. The standard defines system-level requirements for governance, accreditation, examination, and certification.

GCCS has been developed with reference to the principles of ISO/IEC 17024:2012 (Conformity assessment — General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons).
